Where do i enter unclaimed medical expenses from 2022?

The medical receipt field does not distinguish between 2023 medical expenses and 2022 unclaimed medical expenses. Do I combine them into one total?

Do you mean that you didn't claim your medical expenses on your 2022 return or that you did but had some expenses left over to move to this year's 12 month allowance?

If you did not claim your 2022 medical expenses, you will need to make an adjustment to your 2022 return as seen in our TurboTax article: How to Change Your Tax Return After You’ve Filed

I didn't have enough in 2022 to claim so Turbotax recommended that I carry them forward to 2023

You will click that you have medical expenses for 2023 and make sure that your date chosen for the 12 months ends in 2023 but beginning in 2022.
