Once again, these answers are not helpful since this is the Online version. This menu does not exist.
I have been using this product for years and this year it is so bad. It isn’t showing up properly in the online version and there is ZERO support for the issues and you guys keep responding with answers for the pc version not the app/online version. It’s so bad I’m going to have to consider another product next year because I’m wasting hours on this nonsense when it it usually quick
Again, If you transferred your 2023 information into TurboTax Online 2024, then you'll see a year over year comparison during the Review. The mobile app works the same way.
If you didn't transfer your return from last year, then you won't see the comparison page. If you *did* transfer but still aren't seeing the page, please contact our phone support team for more assistance.
