I have spoken to 8 different telephone helpers. They appear to be reading from a script of ordinary how-to and after seeing for themselves that it is not connecting, they instruct me to input the data manually. this is not acceptable - i need the connectivity feature. it is a TECHNICAL issue not a tax info issue. it did fine with the CRA forms. etsy canada heavily advertises "seamless" connectivity. i've spent 3 days on this. i'm sure the tax helpers did their best, but they are not technical/software/hardware experts.
