Wrong version provided to me in process of purchasing

I started the process of purchasing the 2022 standard turbotax.

I did not notice that it flipped it to the 2021 version right at the end of the checkout.

 

How can I get this resolved so that I have the 2022 version.?

 

This is for desktop download version.

I purchased the proper 2022 version and simply need a refund on the incorect purschase.

It just happened to me as well. Bought the 2022 version, but it was sent to download link for the 2021.

I downloaded the 2022 version, but it does not accept my activation code. 

Can I be sent a new activation code, for the 2022 version?

Activation codes only work on the year of software they were meant for. When you downloaded the 2022 software you would have received a code to go along with the 2022 software.

There is an issue with Turbotax' system. I bought the 2022 software, but was sent the download link and code for the 2021.
