My spouse, prior to living common law, rec'd her CCTB , trillium and gst. We are now claiming together as my name is first when filing, who will rec'd the credits?
You can apply for those credits under her name. Usually the lower income spouse/partner. As per CRA it will go to the persons return they assess first.
