You will indicate the province you lived in on December 31st, 2023 which I believe you indicated was Ontario. This is the answer to "Where did you live on December 31st?"

I moved from Ontario to Alberta on Feb 2024, what should I write as the province of residence. I did put Ontario because I was there on 31 December 2023 and put mailing address of Alberta. Is that alright?
