I have entered the data and put the dates in the way it asks me to. ,as DD/MM/YR, when I tap continue this comes up telling me to put the dates in as stated above. , and won't let me go any farther.
I am late getting my income tax in due to a mistake made by the program I used back in April, and I just found out that the department of revenue did not receive it.

Sometimes the messages are confusing. Check the actual dates to make sure that if you have a split year instead of a calendar year that the entry is correct.

The date format for TurboTax is dd/mm/yyyy (4 digits for the year). On some pages, it seems to have an easier time if you enter just the digits, without the dashes (i.e. mmddyyyy). It also helps sometimes to click somewhere else on the page after entering the date, before clicking Continue.
