How can CRA have info on record for first time filers?
Unable to Netfile twice as info does not match.
CRA doesn't have all of the required information on file for you because you are a first-time filer, which is why you're seeing that message. Most first-time filers are required to paper-file their returns. Ensure that you have indicated in the Setting Up section that you are a first-time filer.
