The most common reasons of the taxes may not be getting filed or the CRA might not be receiving your return are:

- You received an error code or an error message indicating that your return wasn't filed. In this case, follow the instructions in TurboTax to address your specific error code or message.
You can check the status of your return using the CRA My Account service. Contact the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) if your return was not marked "received" 48 hours after you filed it.
