Opening PDF of return to file

I am trying to print my return to file by post but keep getting a message saying the Turbo Tax application has stopped working properly. This has been going for a few days now.

Intuit customer service is a joke. "Clear your cache?" Numerous people have been reporting this issue over the course of days. You can see multiple posts recently on the discussion. I've personally tried 4 different browsers on 3 different devices. And being outside of the country, turbo tax customer service won't recognize an international phone number as "valid" to connect with anyone for further assistance. The fact I paid to file, and now am unable to, is infuriating. After being a customer for 7 years, this experience may turn me away for good.

I am having the exact same issue. The PDF link to my 2025 Tax Return opens to an new tab that shows an error message. I spent over an hour with customer support, cleared the cache/cookies, tried 4 different browsers, 4 different devices, they bumped it up to level 2 customer support and I even shared my screen. I was told to start a new tax return from scratch because the PDF link was "corrupted." So I did - same issue with the new tax return. I can't open the PDF tax return, I keep being redirected to a new tab with the same error message (and the sad puppy).

Same issue here. Attempting to file from the U.S. Have been trying to print file for three days and keep getting sad puppy page (poor attempt at humour as people having this issue are spitting nails at this point). After several hours on the phone customer service simply says "try again tomorrow." Come on, do better.

This issue has been ongoing since filing opened late last month. If it isn't fixed by the end of this week, I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my bank and use another filing service. I'm not going to risk missing the filing deadline because TurboTax can't manage their system. If you sell someone a product, you have to actually be able to deliver that product. Did you guys fire all your engineers in favor of AI or something?
