Troubleshooting

I still have not received an email with Licensing. Please don't ask me to check Junk Mail again. I checked Junk Mail several times. I just want to use the program I paid for in good faith. Three days now and no License email.

I am having the same problem. They keep telling me to check my Junk Mail. Why can I get replies from they and not get License number?
