Double billed for Intuit Turbotax
I was going over my bank statements and it appears I have been double billed for the Intuit Turbotax product. I would like to get this rectified, but am having difficulty contacting anyone. Very frustrating. No contact information (ie. phone number for billing inquiries) listed anywhere.

Troubleshooting
Did you do a spousal return where you do both your spouse's and your returns together? If this is the case, you are charged for 2 returns as two separate returns are entered and filed.
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.

@Brianjay1 You have to wait a 12-24 hours period before requesting a refund, to let the transaction process in the system. Please send us the order number and we will have a look at your request.

Troubleshooting
I was billed twice for my 2024 return. Once for $226.00 and once for $372.90. The higher price was for a premium package that I was checking out but did not use to file. I was billed for it anyways. Even though the website you get billed upon filing. I never filed using the premium package

@Darren Borden If you are using a DIY product or Assist & Review, you only pay when you file your return. If you are using Full Service, you have to pay before they will prepare your return.
If you want a refund for Full Service, you can open the return, and then click on the Documents tab to send a message to your Tax Prep Assistant.
