Double billed for Intuit Turbotax

I was going over my bank statements and it appears I have been double billed for the Intuit Turbotax product.  I would like to get this rectified, but am having difficulty contacting anyone.  Very frustrating.  No contact information (ie. phone number for billing inquiries) listed anywhere.

Did you do a spousal return where you do both your spouse's and your returns together? If this is the case, you are charged for 2 returns as two separate returns are entered and filed.

I also got double billed for my turbo tax as well

@Brianjay1 You have to wait a 12-24 hours period before requesting a refund, to let the transaction process in the system. Please send us the order number and we will have a look at your request.
