Troubleshooting
We're working hard to finalize all tax forms to meet Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Revenu Québec (RQ) requirements. Some of these forms aren’t ready yet in TurboTax.
Once the forms are complete, you will receive an email by March 5th advising that they are ready for filing.
We appreciate your patience as we work to finalize these forms.

Troubleshooting
This is completed BS, I am getting the same problem and the agent as soon as I asked for management and escalation she refused said to wait a day and call back. I kept insisting and she hung up the phone, bad customer service. Like many others I am tired of paying for this service each year with delays, get your act together, or I am filling a Better Business Bureau claim for all my past uses and this year's payment... When I called the CRA today they said the same as other taxpayers said, it is not their form issue it is Turbo tax. If CRA had an issue people would not be netfiling at H&R Block or Money Mart, or with their accountants. If by March first this is not rectified rest assured I will file a BBB complaint since your site and call center do not allow it to happen. I will also tweet on X at your company what is going on so others know of this lack of transparent business practices... :(

Troubleshooting
Working hard entitles knowing when an expected date is to happen and provide clients with that date and ensure it acts as a grounding goal. Not just we are doing what we can answers... Again, non-transparent practices early March is what at 12:00 a.m. of the first flipping month day or the 10th, or the 14th still not the middle of month.
Be clear and consistent with clients is what we are asking for.

Troubleshooting
You knew about this issue on Feb. 20th and you are now saying is should be fixed by March 5th? You sold a defective product and your customers are up in arms because they like me shelled out $100 so they could file quickly and get their refund quickly. Once you knew there was an issue it should have been all hands on deck to get it resolved NOW, it shouldn't take 2 weeks! I've used TurboTax for years but between this and similar issues last year, I'll be looking elsewhere next year.

Exactly, they shoukd refund us all the service fee because of the delay and error in their part that they knew about and advertised that filing could happen February 26th, 2025 foe all tax types. This is false advertisement, they should be held accountable.
