Charge from Turbo Tax

Hello!

I noticed an unexpected charge from Turbo Tax on my bank account, and I'm not sure what it is for. It was 17.03 2026 payment 33.90$. Could you please clarify the reason for this charge and help me with a refund?

During tax season (from CRA NETFILE opening on February 24 to the regular filing deadline on April 30), support is available every day of the week during these hours:

9 AM to midnight ET for English support

9 AM to 9 PM ET for French support
