I've sent you a private message. You can check your private messages by logging into the community and clicking on the envelope icon on the top left of the page.   Once you've written your reply message, if you don't see the "Reply" button, use the tab key on your keyboard.  
Try waiting for your notice of assessment from your 2022 return before you NETFILE your 2023 return.

No, tuition doesn't expire. Anything that's not used or transferred to a family member will carry forward indefinitely. Your daughter can check if they have any unused tuition available in their CRA My Account.   
There is no way to cancel the ReFile, but as long as you have not submitted it, it will not be transmitted to CRA.

TT600 errors, including TT600, TT601, TT602, TT603, AND TT604, are typically validation errors. This means you may have entered something into your return that TurboTax cannot understand or has not been programmed to accept.   Examples are: quotation marks, ampersands and other special characters in any fields that accept text, such as your name, address, your dependant’s names, etc.   If you are still not able to resolve this issue, please contact our phone support team for more assistance.

The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax Desktop & vice-versa.   Second, if you bought TurboTax at a retailer (Costco, Walmart, Staples, etc…), please make sure that you are using the code that came in the package. It may be on a slip of paper or on a scratch-off card. It is not on the outside of the box or on your receipt.   If you have bought TurboTax Online, please go to turbotax.ca/activate to use your code before you start your returns. You can see this TurboTax FAQ for step-by-step instructions: In TurboTax Online, how do I use a prepayment code? Please note that you can only use the code once in one account. Using the code again will give an error message.   If you have bought TurboTax Desktop, you will be asked for the licence code when you install the software. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information on the licence code: Where is my TurboTax licence code? You can download the current version of TurboTax Desktop edition here: Choose the current TurboTax Desktop edition you need (for Windows). I filed multiple tax returns today, 2022 submitted normaly but 2023 has error 31 and says my information doesnt match what the cra has on record but all my information is correct. Before i tried to submit it said that the cra thought it was my first time filing, so maybe 2022 hadnt registered yet? says i need to contact customer support or mail my return.

Please someone follow up this. Turbo tax email said it should only take 5-7 business days but its been 50 days past now and still no refund received and status still "Open". Email from turbo tax when refund request was submitted: "Thank you for submitting your request for a product refund. Your request will be reviewed and a decision will be communicated back to you via email within 5-7 business days. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that your request or the refund amount you are requesting will be approved."

Tried under 217, filled our schedule A and B but no refund. Another question... I recently paid Turbo Tax online $268 ($120x 2) cdn do our non resident 2023 tax filing. I have yet to find out if this can be done (as it's not a "simple return". Should I contact a Turbo Tax filer to do this or will I be told they don't do non resident taxes? Our global income is canada only.
If there's no T-slip, then you can remove the existing self-employment profile, and then recreate it as a Professional one. There’s no way to change the type of an existing profile.
There was no T-slip. It was one payment as an independent contractor.
