I also would like to cancel my online version of TurboTax and purchase the standard version. I have started the online version but have not paid for it yet. How do I delete the information uploaded from last year's tax filings and delete the online account? I can then purchase and download the standard version of TurboTax.

If you want to deactivate the account entirely, you’ll need to contact our phone support team. To talk to them, visit https://support.turbotax.intuit.ca/contact/. After entering some basic info about what you need help with, the page will give you the phone number for the team best suited to help.
Please be aware that deactivating your account will delete any returns that you have associated with it. Also, if you plan to buy TurboTax CD/Download directly from us, you’ll now need either a TurboTax, QuickBooks or a Mint account to do so.
