If I paid for my software, why are the tax file asking for payment/

If I started with entering the CODE, why would they ask for payment?

Did you accept an upgrade along the way or do a spousal return with your spouse as this would count for 2 separate returns?

The turbo tax is good for up to 8 returns. I did pay for the software and have a code which is not working.

Did you go to turbotax.ca/activate? Please make sure that you go there and enter your code. If you get an error message please let us know what it says.

When you first went to activate your code- did you get the same message "something went wrong"?
