I am having the exact same problem. It is just stuck loading on the review page. The link identified in the response does not work.

When i get to the spot where you pay (in my case)24 yrs old so no need to pay, it just keeps scrolling and doesn’t load anything.Eventually, it times out so i have to start all over again with my login

@2gc Please clear your browser cache (or use a different browser) and try again. This FAQ has instructions on how to clear the cache in several popular browsers: How do I clear my cache (browsing history)?

Im having the same issue.  Clearing cache doesnt work.  The help button at the top doesnt work either.  Program is broken.  Sucks too, cause I'm happy with this years return.

Having the same problem. The "Review Your Order" page is not loading when I hit start. Just spins around before timing out. Clearing my cache did not work. Very frustrating. Also online help does not work. Please respond. Want to pay and submit but unable to.
