Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?
I am using Turbo Tax Online. In the first page of My returns, it shows "Return #2", "Return #4", etc. When clicking on Continue, there are no data in it. I have to re-enter all the data required to start a new one, might be called "Return #5".
Do you have any other accounts with a different email?
