If you are married or in a common-law relationship, CRA requires you to include your spouse's information on your tax return in order to calculate any deductions or credits you may be eligible for.

If you are married and trying to fill out an income tax form which would include my wife, do I have to fill out an "Authorization Request" from the cra?
