capital gain deduction for qualified farm property

I entered a qualified farm property sale resulting in a capital gain on Schedule 3.The program is not calculating the capital gain deduction. Any ideas why T657 is not calculating the capital gain deduction?

Purchase Tax Year 2024 Deluxe Online Edition, created an account but nowhere to enter 16 digit activation code

CRA has not received my 2021 tax return completed through netfile.
