If you purchased TurboTax Home & Business 2023 then you will go here to download the software and make sure your code is entered with hyphens in between each 4 sets of characters. If this doesn't work, please send me a private message with your code so that I can look into it.

The support ID number worked.  I was able to communicate with a live assistant who helped me with my activation code.

Please clear your cache/cookies, sign out of your account and restart your computer. Was the software already activated by going to TurboTax.ca/activate?
