Anyone else getting an error when trying to file northern living t2222

Everytime I type in the dates no matter how many times I restart I get this error that is a vicious circle..

Oops, we encountered an error

What happened to my data?

Don't worry! With the exception of the last page you were on, all the data you have entered so far has been safely saved on our secure server.

What do I do now?

Try going back to the start of the interview and navigating past the step where you encountered the error.

You can also go to the Return Manager and select a new return to work on.

If you are still not able to resolve this issue, please contact our phone support team for more assistance. 

 

During tax season (from CRA NETFILE opening (mid-February) to the regular filing deadline (April 30), we're available 7 days a week during these hours:

  • 9 AM to midnight ET for English support
  • 9 AM to 9 PM ET for French support

During the rest of the year (May 1 to mid-February), we're available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET for English and French support.
