I have a Turbo Tax Home & Business. I have been working on my taxes off and on. I've saved where I left off but when ever I try to log back on it askes for my license code ([product key removed])….now it says that I've used this code to many times. when I find where I had saved my work it still askes for the code and says I can't log in......any help

I filed my income tax for 2019 using Turbo Tax and received my refund. I attempted to go back to the program and was unsuccessful. I received a tt2019.exe - Bad Image message at C:/windows/system32/MSVCP110.dll Error status 0xc000012f with a suggestion that I try reinstalling the program. I tried opening earlier years' TurboTax with the same result. How can I resolve this and have access to my income tax information.
Make sure that your computer is up to date and if the issue persists, please uninstall your 2019 return and reinstall it form this link - https://turbotax.intuit.ca/product/download/index.jsp
