Many of us are waiting for sizable tax refunds which we can't file because of Turbotax.  It might be a nice gesture for Turbotax to give us all a free copy of the software for the 2025 tax season.

Turbotax Tax error 95365 NO FIX FOR OVER A MONTH?

I tried the recommended solutions and none of them worked for me. I filed my wife's with no problem but would not accept mine.

Thanks for the work around. After my dual return Netfile Tax Return being rejected due to error #95365. I landed on this forum after searching the web.

I followed your suggestion...divided the values in all boxes on the T3 in half...entered those values in the appropriate boxes. Entered Total Capital Gains(actually half) in Box 53 ONLY....same value as box 21, leaving Box 52 blank. Entered my portion at 100%. I then did the same on my wife's return, submitted them both, crossed my fingers and it all worked out..Nefiled both returns.

Please update on the fix situation and another issue that has resulted from it now.  Apparently, all the suggested attempts recommended have resulted in the CRA blocking my Netfile account access. Can you fix this, today I spent an hour and a half waiting online for the CRA and was forced to hang up due to work responsibilities. And all because I chose to buy the wrong tax software. I actually thought the upgrade premier addition cost would be worth it by making reporting T3/investment income easier, but its become a nightmare.

Be careful of too many attempts, just received a message from the CRA my Turbotax access to file is now blocked. Their telephone line is a nightmare.

Had the same problem as everybody else, and none of the recommended solutions worked although I was able to file my wife with no problems.

The workaround that I found was to remove the gates from the T3 input and input the same values into the T5008 slots And then had no problem using that file. A D is the same whether it’s reported on the T3 form or the T5008 form. I put the adjusted tap base a zero for the I am transferred from the T3 and didn’t bother with number of securities or sale date
