I keep receiving error code 625 when trying to activate my downloaded 2025 Turbo Tax with the licence code. How do I resolve this?
Is this a retail purchase? Did you install the correct desktop version that you have purchased?
I recommend uninstalling the software and using this link to re install it. Where can I get the Desktop edition of TurboTax?

I purchased the product online for downloading. I've downloaded again and reinstalled and am still getting the same error message.
"Sorry, we're experiencing a problem on our end. Please try again later. Error code: 625"

I've been having the same issues for 2 weeks on every turbo tax download from 2020 - 2024 but was able to access 2019 with no issues. I have spent hours online with the customer care reps approx. 10 different phone calls with no resolution. If you found a work around to this issue i greatly appricate you sharing. Thank you
