how can I refile my wife's return if i am using a fee version of turbotaxonline.  can i upgrade the turbotax

You can ReFILE your return in any version of TurboTax for tax years 2018 & 2019. You don’t need to upgrade, but there is a $5 service fee if you ReFILE a 2018 return. The service is not available in Quebec.

To ReFILE a return, log into TurboTax, and click the ReFILE button next to any return that has been successfully NETFILEd.
