I accidently ordered the wrong tax year....haven't downloaded...can I cancel

I was in the process of ordering TurboTax had entered payment details,but had not downloaded the software and then realized that it was 2017 not 2018. can I cancel?

Yes, if the payment hasn't been made. But if it was made, the purchase was completed. You will need to contact our customer service for assistance in this matter.
