I've tried everything. I've tried it with a laptop and an app. I've tried it with vpn, but it doesn't work. My t1 won't open.
What were you trying to do or what page were you on when you got this error? Are you outside of Canada?

Yes, I'm in South Korea now. I got this page on the "finish and file". I would like to open my link of return. But i cannot see my pdf of return. Only that error. I tried the things you guys told me to try over there.

It's almost two weeks now. Haven't you guys solved it yet? I'm out of Canada now, so I need to get t1 asap. I hope it will be resolved quickly.
@lalal364 Our investigation is till open, but there have been some updates which may have the problem for some customers. Please clear your browser cache (or use a different browser) and try again.
