I was having issues activating my key for 2019. I called, got disconnected, called again, turned off firewalls, etc. I didn't have an option to register by phone. After hours of frustration, I have found the problem....google chrome. As soon as I opened up explorer, the telephone activation popped up! I hope this info can help someone else. PS. As IF I feel like doing taxes now.....

I'm having this same issue. Still haven't figured it out yet.
For me, it was a 3rd party firewall. I think I also had to change my search engine to explorer from chrome.
I just bought this computer, it's fresh out of the box. The program installed fine on my old computer but this new one it just won't go. I shut off every firewall on the computer and still nothing. Changed browsers, Nothing. Spent 3 hours on the phone with support last night. They tried doing a screen share and that wouldn't connect either. I'm at a loss.
i am haveing the same issue, still dont know how to get it to work.
