Maternity T4E and line 119

My common-law partner was on maternity leave and there was an amount on her T4E for box 14 and 22 but no where else. After submitting to the CRA, they said they need an amount added to line 119 of the return. Turbotax also seems to identify an error associated with there being no values in the other lines on the T4E that add up to box 14, but there were no other values to input from the original T4E slip.  I feel the root of the line 119 issue is associated with an error associated with filling in the T4E page wrong in turbotax which is therefore not providing a value to line 119.  Unless I am supposed to manually fill in line 119?
