I am having the same code error issues with my Deluxe Online Edition, ( purchased from Costco). I have 8 returns and I DO NOT want to log in my family's account to do my tax, I have my own account with Turbotax from previous years. Please help me file my tax under my own account.

I am having exactly the same issue with my online edition. What on earth that Turbotax thinks anyone ( 8 person) wants to fill tax under a single person's account?

I am trying to log in to my TurboTax account for the second time, and when I put in my activation code, it shows  "Something's not right, try re-entering your code." Why doesn't my activation code work?

@jaing You can only use the code once in one account. Using the code again will give an error message.

@user17753234371 Double check that you are using the correct username & password, and that you don't have Caps Lock on.

You can also try using the "I Forgot My Username or Password" link under the sign in button. If that fails, there's a "Try Something Else" link on the Forgot My Username/Password page.
