My daughter has turned 19 and has been approved for the disability tax credit can I go back ten years and ask for new assessments
It depends on which years the Canada Revenue Agency has approved the disability tax credit for your daughter. If she was approved as far back as 10 years ago, then you can file adjustment requests for the previous 10 calendar years.
