2024 turbotax not updating

now i got an errro TT808 can't update, to go to a link, and the link when you go there is broken saying "

We couldn’t find that answer for you

hello, 

i tried opening my 2024 tbtax and it wont open (8 months after the discussion). i redownloaded the program but i could not reopen as it would not accept my license code.  thank you for sharing the code above.

their customer service sucks and not to mention, the continuous request to audit and review your work...to generate more money. they damaged the customer service platform.

After being a customer over 10 years, i m thinking it is time to move to another service. Tb gets worse every year.

And I'm having the same problem that I had last April.  The latest update for Turbotax 2024 will pop up and then nothing.

SOLUTION: From April 2025

To All Concerned,

I just spoke with Customer Service at Intuit TurboTax and the solution is as follows:

1) Uninstall Turbotax 2024 from the Installed Apps Section of Windows 10/11.

2) Download the latest TurboTax setup file (for your version) from Turbotax.

3) Backup your TurboTax file folder as a precaution, but they should be unaffected by the reinstallation.

4) Install after downloading and once installed all should be good again.
