This problem seems to persist in 2026. When will this be fixed? Tax deadline is near.
@taxpayer000 We can't make the changes that are required to fix the forum right now precisely because it's tax season, and any major changes could cause significant downtime. We'll be overhauling the community sometime in the off season, which should resolve the issues we are currently having.
i appreciate the reply but frankly, that's a lame excuse as the problem was reported on the community forum over a year ago.

Thank you for the update and glad to hear this will finally be fixed.
A lot of people are counting on you to
1) make sure your development and product management colleagues know that there are several extremely upset people waiting for this problem to be fixed and that it cannot be punted out one more time; 18+ months for a fix is a long time;
2) as usual, let us know here once the problem is fixed, even if it is the off-season, as for some of us, the decision to purchase Turbotax 2026 will depend on this being resolved.

@TaiWai62 As I've said before, the forum software is not made by Intuit, so we are dealing with a 3rd party trying to fix this problem, so our programmers and project managers can't do much to help.
And again, there are other ways of getting support for TurboTax if you can't find the answer using the search, including just asking your question here in the forum...
