Keep trying to delete my data from my Intuit account but keep getting "Password_invalid" error. Tried calling/talking with Turbotax service and they said they will get back to me through email or a call the day after but got nothing 4 days later. What is going on?
Can you please clarify if you are trying to update information on your TurboTax Account? If so, click here and try again and if it doesn't work please contact via private message on Facebook or Twitter.
If you changed your phone number and that is where your code goes to change your password then you will need to contact customer service for assistance.
@TurboTaxBrenda1 I wanted my data deleted from Turbo Tax/Intuit so I went to: accounts.intuit.com, scrolled down to Data & Privacy, to "Delete your intuit data" and pressed continue for steps of this process. But before the final step I was prompted to input my password. I do and it says "password_invalid". I have tried changing my password etc. but nothing works.

This same exact thing is happening to me! I log in to my Intuit account, go to the Data Privacy section where it states you can submit a delete request, I enter the same password I used to log in to submit the request, and it shows a "Password invalid" message. Changing the password doesn't fix this issue, and TurboTax support on the phone said they couldn't fix it and to call Intuit, but Intuit support directed me to TurboTax support. Also going in circles here.
