Can't find previous return

Hi! 

I'm having a similar issue! I can see 2019, 2020,2022, and 2023 tax returns but not 2021? It's like it never happened. 

Is there a reason 2021 is missing? 

Is it possible to access it?

Did you happen to use a different version of TurboTax for tax year 2021? Online or download?

Online I see previous Canadian tax years yet the one I need info from my 23 tax year isn't to be found.  Its been mentioned about different versions of Turbotax . TurboTax Canada I know I used, but I do see just Turbo tax. I can believe that would make any difference both were Canadian forms.   The last few years Ive just used tubotax to send in my tax forms.

I need to find those tax forms from 2023 .

We have looked into your account and didn't see any Tax Year 2023 purchases. Did you happen to purchase from a retailer?
