Can't find previous return

Online I see previous Canadian tax years yet the one I need info from my 23 tax year isn't to be found.  Its been mentioned about different versions of Turbotax . TurboTax Canada I know I used, but I do see just Turbo tax. I can believe that would make any difference both were Canadian forms.   The last few years Ive just used tubotax to send in my tax forms.

I need to find those tax forms from 2023 .

We have looked into your account and didn't see any Tax Year 2023 purchases. Did you happen to purchase from a retailer?

@dsingal What version of TurboTax have you used? An Online version or a Desktop version?

Unable to access ANY tax returns... Unable to contact personal for Turbo tax. Unable to find ANY files to recover.  My tax returns

@Stanleeyy Do you have another account that you might have used for your tax returns? If so, your returns might be in the other account. Or did you use TurboTax Desktop instead of TurboTax Online? TurboTax Desktop returns are only stored on your computer, not on our servers.
