I bought the wrong version (Windows instead of Online)

I mistakenly purchased the wrong edition - when I tried entering the code to file my online edition return, it gave me an error. Upon closer inspection, it turns out I bought the Windows/CD edition instead of online.

Is there a way to switch or get credit for my incorrect purchase?

If you purchased the wrong version- You will need to get a refund for your TurboTax Desktop/download version and purchase the TurboTax Online version you require.
