I have entered all 5008 date of disposition entries and am still getting an error code preventing me from using netfile. what can I do ?

This error message : To accurately calculate your capital gains, you need to enter a date of disposition in 2024 on your T5008 slip(s).

Re the T5008, I am also getting the same error message ("...enter a date of disposition in 2024 on your T5008 slips") preventing me from using Netfile - despite already having manually entered the disposition dates for approximately 80 transactions. Also looking for guidance. Thank you

I did exactly the same thing and got this message. This must be a software bug. I gather this means filing by mail :(  . I am going to try to call TurboTax today.

During tax season (from CRA NETFILE opening (mid-February) to the regular filing deadline (April 30), we're available 7 days a week during these hours:

• 9 AM to midnight ET for English support
• 9 AM to 9 PM ET for French support

During the rest of the year (May 1 to mid-February), we're available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET for English and French support.
