Online access to my 2016 TurboTax

I wanted to file through Rev Can. However, since it's my 2016 I had to purchase it for 14.99.

Now I can't download it on the computer I'm using, because i don't have Admin permissions.

My question: Can I access, login and use this software on-line through you site, using my login and password credentials?
