Downloaded my copy of TT2020 from Amazon software library to new computer. Install went fine, but when I launch I just get a white screen with TT2020 Premier Activation at top. All antivirus software is off
Downloading from a different source didn't help. A representative at the Canadian help center had the answer- all I had to do was reduce the screen resolution one or two levels. This made the data entry screen visible and I could enter the authorization code
