Thank you, that's what I needed to do! the specific question that was unanswered was:
"Do you authorize the CRA to share your name and email address with the Government of Ontario to contact you about organ and tissue donation, and to maintain the Organ and Tissue Donor Registry?
You are not consenting to organ or tissue donation. This authorization is only valid in the tax year you file this return."
Once I answered that, it let me proceed with NETFILE.
This issue will be fixed shortly- for now you can go to "My Info" click on (Name) Canadian Citizenship and make sure that you answer the questions " Do you authorize the CRA to share your name and email address with the Government of Nunavut to contact you about organ and tissue donation, and to maintain the organ and tissue Donor Registry?
This happened to those who transferred from last year.
Jiang, if you want to use CRA's NETFILE service, you are required to answer the following CRA questions and provide the information in the applicable fields. Leave the fields blank if they do not apply to your tax situation.
Income: ( I got this message but didn't show me how to enter that income, all my income were entered, what else do they need for me to netfile?, please advise.Thanks)
