    When I enter capital gains in the box 21, the amount entered is not included in the total sum of capital gains on the line 12700, page 2.

    Code 95365

    I guess I have the same problem as many people concerning this code with T-3, T936 and schedule 3 and I get error 95365 and my income tax is being rejected by Netfile. Will it be fix soon. I would appreciate a reply.

    I got a TurboTax update today. The warning message was fixed but NOT the coding error.Would Turbo Tax please fix this ASAP!!!Box 52 + Box 53 should equal Box 21.

    Code 90101 Netfile

    This is a problem with Netfile. If you have deferred options benefit from form T1212 it (TT) puts the amount into Line 10100 as instructed and then Netfile edit doesn't find any info for CPP contribution. Which of course it wont. Nothing to be done u... read more
