receiving 'oops, we encountered an error' when trying to import info from MyCra

ive tried importing info from MyCra 6 times. I sign into MyCra through TurboTax using a sign in partner and all goes smoothly. then a few minutes wait while TurboTax downloads the information. then the error message with no code and no direction from there.
