    System will not except the 16-digit code. It says it is invalid. What am i doing wrong?

    I purchased the turbotax tax year 2024. I am getting invalid 16-digit code error. Any suggestions?

    System will not except the 16-digit code. It says it is invalid. What am i doing wrong?

    I purchased the 2024 Standard but the system will not accept the 16 digit code.

    Is it possible that you are trying to activate your license code under the wrong version of the software? If the box says TurboTax Desktop/Download or digital download, that is not TurboTax Online. 

     

    Please let us know what is says on the box that you purchased.
