System will not except the 16-digit code. It says it is invalid. What am i doing wrong?
Is it possible that you are trying to activate your license code under the wrong version of the software? If the box says TurboTax Desktop/Download or digital download, that is not TurboTax Online.
Please let us know what is says on the box that you purchased.
