    Product worked fine...  then said it was unable to download an update...   Now will not open at all.  Had completed all work to do taxes but unable to open anything now.  Not to mention how difficult it is to find a place to get any support..

    It seems like the 2022 version can not see any server for update/activation.....   I just opend 2020 version of TT and it updates no problem.

    You can try uninstalling & reinstall it using the download on our website here:  Where can I download the CD/download edition of TurboTax?
