I installed the 2022 version on a Windows 10 machine. When I start the program, I see the dialog regarding checking the server for updates. Then the blue-box dialog with the logo pops up for about 10 seconds. It disappears, and nothing happens. I can see the Turbo Tax process running in the task manager, but no application on screen. Annoying.
Please try rebooting your computer. If that doesn’t work, please try uninstalling the program and then use the download from our website to reinstall it. You can download TurboTax from this FAQ: Where can I download the CD/download edition of TurboTax?
